    • tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) 있는줄 알고 눈에 불켜고 찾아봤으나 아니었음
    • Novo Nordisk 1세대 Victoza/Saxenda (Liraglutide), Eli Lilly 1세대 Byetta (Exenatide), 2세대 Trulicity (Dulaglutide)랑 비교

  • 전공자가 아니여서 Cox proportional hazards, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis 이거 두개가 널리 쓰인다, sample group 내에서 시계열 내 event 발생 확률을 측정하는데 사용되는 방법이다 정도로만 이해

  • 일단 모수 작으면 작동 안하는데 110만명 정도 추적관찰 결과니까…

  • Tirzepatide 없는 이유는 출시 3년이 안되서 cohort 조건 미달

Novo Nordisk: early Alzheimer’s disease 대상 oral semaglutide 14mg phase 3 임상 진행 중

  • Rybelsus (oral semaglutide for type 2 diabetes)는 25/50 mg
  • 용량 높아서 메스꺼움 부작용 때문에 lower dose로 알츠하이머 임상 돌리는듯
  • 2026-10-23 종료 예정
  • Tirzepatide나 이후 출시되는 GLP-1 기반 당뇨/비만 치료제도 다 알츠하이머로 적응증 확대 가능성이 있을듯
  • 초기 GLP-1 medication은 왜 statistically significant하게 semaglutide에 열위인지는 이해 못하겠음
  • 일단 모든 약이 알츠하이머에 도움은 안 되긴 하는데, 새로 나오는 약들은 도움이 될 수 있다 정도로 생각해야 할듯
